No wonder the Roman’s are much more powerful than my own civilization. My engineers are designing stupid hexagon shaped ships. They’re also parking fishing boats on land… in the middle of my wall too! Might as well give up right now…

Civ V video card storm
I’ve played Civ V on my last two gaming PCs and put over 1000 hours into it to date. Through all that I’ve never seen this glitch/bug. This happened every time I flipped from one monitor to the other running the game. After I quit and started playing a little later, it ceased to continue so it didn’t pose an problems playing. Nothing overly interesting but new to me.

As my trusty steed Roach and I saw Ghouls crawl out of trees in the distance I was ready to draw my silver sword. I had no intention of backing down from the foul beasts, to me this would be enjoyable rather than life threatening, I am a Witcher after all. So I whispered to Roach “Let’s stand tall boy” and the son of a bitch took it literally.

Clever… bus?
I went through some of my old Steam screenshots and this was the only shot I had from my playthrough of L.A. Noire. While it was some time ago, I do remember what happened. The mission was to find this bus, and when I turned down the street I figured saw on the radar I should be on the same street. However, looking down the road I didn’t see it anywhere. When I got closer, I noticed the bus was showing not on the actual road itself but rather behind a house. Sure enough, I plowed through the yard and found the damn thing. Imagine my surprised when I talked to the driver and he wasn’t shit faced drunk but just really stupid.
Typical conversation in my empire
Consul Oda Nabunaga: “For our next grand wonders we shall construct the Parthenon! the Grand Library! And the Oracle! Engineers! Where will be the best location to construct such great monuments?”
Civil Engineer #1: “The Oracle would be best built out in the ocean!”
Civil Engineer #2: “The Parthenon should be out out in the ocean too! Not as far, but still pretty inaccessible.”
Civil Engineer #3: “The Grand Library should be built half way down a hill partly on a river! But only one wing of it should sit over the river! Oh and about a third of the courtyard should be on the river too!”
Consul Oda Nabunaga: “I really should’ve researched the engineering technology before I hired you guys…”
